| The Lutheran Outdoor Ministry Network respects the privacy of participants in its Web site. The Lutheran Outdoor Ministry Network believes that if online activities are to flourish, participants must be assured that personal information provided online is used responsibly and appropriately. | Access to the Lutheran Outdoor Ministry Network Web site is restricted to organizations and associations that operate or provide services to Lutheran outdoor ministries along with their staff and volunteer leaders. Permission is granted to ELCA related organizations and associations by the ELCA Director for Outdoor Ministries while permission is granted to LCMS and all other organizations and associations by the NLOMA Administrative Officer. In turn, each organization and association has an administrator, usually the Executive Director, that grants permissions to their staff and volunteer leaders. |

| The data and information we collect through our Web site is used only to help staff and volunteer leaders communicate and operate more efficiently and effectively and thereby improve and expand Lutheran outdoor ministry. It is our policy to collect and store only information that our participants knowingly and voluntarily provide. |

Directory listing information is maintained by organization and association administrators and, in turn, by the staff and volunteer leaders they list for their organization, site or association. Directory information consists only of mail, phone, fax and email addresses and all information is voluntary |

News items and event listings are edited and added by the ELCA Director for Outdoor Ministry or the NLOMA Administrative Officer. |

Discussion topics are added by the ELCA Director for Outdoor Ministry or the NLOMA Administrative Officer. Participation in online discussions is voluntary. |

Annual utilization and financial data is entered voluntarily by organization administrators. This data is used only in aggregate to provide comparisons by size, location, program mix, etc. for organizations that participate in the annual surveys. |
